Real Life Mermaid in Perth
The ocean is my home, and the underwater world is where my heart truly belongs. From breathtaking underwater fashion modeling to exhilarating stunt work and live mermaid performances, I am passionate about bringing its magic to life. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of making a splash in movies, TV commercials, and music videos, allowing me to share the beauty of this incredible realm with audiences around the world.
In August 2012, I took a leap of faith and founded the world’s first public mermaid school—Mermaid Kat Academy. Since then, what started as a simple idea has grown into a thriving global mermaid community. Not only do we offer classes in Germany and Australia, but we also host unforgettable international retreats where mermaids and mermen can come together, learn, and deepen their connection with the ocean.

After more than 12 years of working as a diving instructor, professional mermaid, model, and underwater stuntwoman, I’ve poured all my knowledge and experience into this lovingly created course. Facts about this Real Life Mermaid
Thanks to my passion for modeling, scuba diving, and freediving, I’ve been lucky enough to build an international career as a mermaid and underwater stunt model. Beyond film work, I bring a touch of magic to music videos and striking photo campaigns. I also enjoy public speaking and feel right at home on stage or in interviews—whether in my native German or fluent English. But that’s not all! I love making a splash at events, performing as an underwater mermaid and sharing the beauty of the aquatic world. The water is my second home, and I can’t wait to share that world with you!

Qualifications & Training
I’m not just a mermaid – I’m also a fully trained Scuba Diving and Free Diving Instructor. Additionally, I hold TDI certification as an Advanced Nitrox and Deco Procedures Tech Diver, as well as IANTD certification as an Intro to Caves Diver. Moreover, I’m honored to serve as a Mermaid Instructor Trainer at the Mermaid Kat Academy, where I get to share my passion and knowledge with aspiring mermaids and mermen from around the world.
